Alice Foundation is a non- governmental, non-profit organization founded by Mrs. Alice Dosi Mwamsojo Who is a designer, marketer and a social worker, in early 2011 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
The main goal of the organization is to improve the life standard of women and children through promoting them to access education, health service and capacity building for economic empowerment.
Alice Foundation envisions is to increase the number of economically empowered women progressive communities with well educated children free from ignorance, diseases and poverty.
Our mission is to empower women, Build a better nation free from ignorance, diseases and poverty.
The organization operates through four main programmes namely:
• MKUKUTA / MDGs
• Women Empowerment
• Health & Environment
• Health & Environment
• Education (street children)
Alice Foundation is not there to compete but to work with other NGOs that serve the interests of women and children. The Foundation has a strategic plan to make significant contributions to Tanzanian women and their families through working closely with you, the government and donors.
